Is there an easy way to update them as new knowledge gaps become apparent? How will users be encouraged to use the tutorial first? Based on the enquiries on this forum, folks are more likely to ask questions first, then go in search of an answer. ![]() It seems a great amount of effort was needed to create these tutorials. Shouldn't the phone be simple enough to use without special instruction?
